What is Freehand’s Cancellation Policy?
All orders are eligible for cancellation when they are in packed/shipped status or as long as the cancellation option is available.
Is my order eligible for return?
Orders are generally eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned in our Return Policy.
However, orders placed using certain promotional coupons/offers may have restrictions:

Buy 2 Get 1 Free: Products purchased under this offer are non-returnable. Only size exchanges for the same product are allowed.

Other promotional offers/coupons may carry their own specific return/exchange terms, which will be mentioned in the offer T&Cs at the time of purchase.
All products must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, polybags, hang tags, shoe boxes, dust bags, and gift boxes, and must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Can I Return or Exchange the ordered products?
The products purchased on Freehand can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Post this, return or exchange is not allowed.
For the return or exchange to be valid, products must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, polybags, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes, dust bags, and gift boxes. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. This will be checked both by our pickup executive and at our warehouse.
We make sure your orders are verified & perfectly packed when dispatched from our order-processing unit. However, they go through multiple touchpoints at our logistics partner before reaching you. We urge you not to accept any tampered/unsealed packages. Please share an uninterrupted parcel opening video in case of missing/damaged product claims.
Two ways to return/exchange a product:

Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pick-up service. You will see this option when submitting a return request.

Self-Ship: In some locations, our logistics partners may not offer a pick-up. In such cases, we request you to self-ship through a reliable courier service & we will credit the shipping costs in your Freehand Wallet, provided the product meets the return policy and you share a scanned copy of the courier receipt with us at care@tigc.in along with your order ID.

Select the reason for return.

Please note:

Pickup may take 4–7 days from the request date.

Orders may take up to 15 days after pickup to reach our warehouse for QC.

Return pick-up is available only at the delivery address. Our courier partner will attempt twice. If both attempts fail, the request will be auto-cancelled and you must self-ship (within 7 days from delivery).

How can I place an exchange request?

Place an 'Exchange Request' by clicking here.

Select the product and size you want in exchange (only size exchanges are allowed, not different products).

Submit your request.
Process:

Pickup will be arranged in 4–7 days, QC may take up to 15 days.

Once we receive your product, we ship your exchange order.

Will Freehand pick up my returned product?
Yes, in most locations. Pickup usually happens within 4–7 days of your request, and QC may take up to 15 days. You will be notified via message.
Why did the pick-up of my product fail?
We attempt pickup two times. If both fail, the request is marked as failed. You can still self-ship within the 7-day return/exchange window.
Refund Policy

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment source after deducting INR 100 shipping & handling fee.

Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be credited to your bank account after deducting INR 100 shipping & handling fee. You must provide bank account details (must match the order name).
Important:

Refund is processed only after QC is passed at the warehouse.

Refund covers only product value, not shipping or COD fees.
-
COD refunds/NEFT will be credited within 1–3 working days after initiation.
